	Electra Grow Mat (17in x 38in) Seeds germinate quicker with bottom heat. Very easy-to-use. Simply place seed flats on the wire racks and plug into a normal 110 outlet. The temperature is self-regulating and stays constant at about 15-20°F degrees warmer than the surrounding air temperature and maintained evenly for best seedling growth. The wire rack is made of non-conductive metal and can be handled with no danger of being burned. (Be sure to have a light source available for seedlings as they emerge). This mat has E.T.L. approval, which is a world wide approved electrical testing agency. Unit Ship Weight: 15 lbs.
