DiPel Pro DF Bio-Insecticide (5 Lb)
Dipel DF is a biological insecticide containing the bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis or Bt. It is used specifically for caterpillars which are the worm like larvae of butterflies and moths. After ingesting a lethal dose, larvae stop feeding within the hour, and will die within several hours to 3 days. Because of its specificity it has no or very low impact on non-target organisms. It is best used when the larvae are young, actively feeding but before the plants are damaged. Use .25-2 lb/acre on similar pests as used for Safer Caterpillar Attack. For Commercial Growers Dry, flowable formulation. Dust-free. Contains 54%, 32,000 I.U./mg of Bacillus thuringiensis v kurstaki and 46% inerts. Dry flowable granules dissolve readily in water.
