	Ascorbic Acid - Vitamin C (Lb) Improves Pest & Disease Resistance Often used as a dip for preserving the color of sun dried fruit. However, as a foliar spray (applied by itself or with other foliar nutrients), it has been found to improve a plant's pest and disease resistance as a result of its antioxidant properties. Growers and university researchers report major reductions in powdery and downy mildews, botrytis, aphids, leafminers, some lepidoptera larvae and some beetles. Applications of 2-8 oz/acre (1-3 tsp/gal for smaller areas) have been effective. Best results occur from multiple applications at the lower rates. Unit Ship Weight: 1 lbs.
