Use for aerating and loosening soils to a depth of 6". Excellent for
working rows and tight places without damaging roots. The blade is thin
and cuts easily through the soil, but is strong and stable due to its
high quality, hardened steel construction. The copper bolt is mounted
to the blade and adds trace elements to the soil as you cultivate. For
generations, European farmers have fastened a piece of copper to their
plough-shares and noticed increased yields in heavy or acidic soils, as
well as reduced fungus problems.
