Extra sharp axe blade with steep bevel angle, extra sharp mattock for excavating alongside and underneath large roots. 34" solid core fiberglass handle with thick molded poly jacket for strength and long life, less breakage from overstrikes and less vibration. 13" from mattock tip to axe blade.
