Horiba Conductivity Cells
Horiba Conductivity Cells
Conductivity is the measure of a samples ability to conduct electricity. The standard unit of measure is siemens/meter and is often represented in centimeter lengths. Conductivity is usually a good indication of the total dissolved solids in a sample, or salts in the sample. For example, sea water has a much higher conductivity reading than regular de-ionized water. Conductivity is used to determine the quality of drinking water and for many industrial purposes as well. The Horiba conductivity cells are designed for highly accurate measurements in a variety of different sampling situations.
