With the Horiba LAQUAtwin salt meter testing sodium chloride (NaCL+) concentration is as simple as placing a tiny sample on the meter's flat sensor. Accurate measurements can be taken from a sample as small as 0.3mL. The salinity meter is capable of making accurate measurements of sodium ion concentration in just seconds. This meter employs a selective sodium ion electrode that is unaffected by pH and the presence of other ions, enabling the accurate measurement of sodium ion concentrations and converting this to a measurement of salt concentration (NaCl%).
