This versatile meter features a pinless moisture sensor, an IR thermometer with a laser sight for precise targeting and a humidity sensor with a built in alarm to alert the user of elevated moisture levels. This is a great tool for anyone working in a saw mill, working construction or dealing with firewood.

With a remote pin probe included for reading moisture levels in wood in hard to reach or awkward areas. When using wood as a building material there must be very low moisture content in the wood. Wet wood will appear straight during construction but will quickly bow and twist as it dries over time.

The same thing happens to many other building materials. With a pinless sensing technique this meter also has the ability to measure moisture levels without scarring the face of the material. Featuring an ambient humidity tester this meter is great for comparing the materials moisture content to the environment around it.

Finally, there is an IR thermometer built-in to this instrument for taking temperature readings of any surface. The thermometer comes with a laser targeting system for precision measurement of even small components.
