Ordering & Payments

Ordering from Our website enables you to order 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. To place an order by telephone, please call us during business hours.

Sales Tax

We are complying with the 2018 economic nexus legislation and will be collecting sales tax from around the USA where required to do so.

Shipping

Your order may ship in multiple packages.  Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 36 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on, Sundays or US holidays. During busy seasons, from March-May and September-October, orders may be delayed by a few additional days, in which case. We do our best to inform our customers of any seasonal delays.

We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method depending on packaging considerations.

Receipt of Truck Orders & FedEx.

Do not sign for your order until you have confirmed the correct number of boxes, bags, rolls, bundles and pails have been delivered, and have checked very carefully for any damage. We will not accept any responsibility for missing and/or damaged items unless you note a count discrepancy and/or identify damage on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.

On FedEx shipments, if there is noticeable damage upon receipt of your order and you are signing for it, be sure to note the damage with the driver. If FedEx has left the package at your house or you later find concealed damage in your package, we may still file a claim with them. Please call us immediately upon receipt of your shipment to notify us of any problems.

Backorders & Cancellations

If an item you order is not available for immediate shipment it will be placed on backorder.  You will be informed if the item is backordered for longer than 5 working days, and provided with an expected delivery date.

If part of your order is backordered, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple shipments.

If you would like to cancel a backordered item or change your order, please call us.  If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, the price of the item will be fully refunded to the original form of payment.

Returns & Exchanges

In the event that the wrong product was shipped, or if the item received is damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no charge or refund the full purchase price, as long as it is returned in an unused, unopened condition.

All merchandise, except custom products, may be returned.  If you are not satisfied with your order, ordered the wrong item, or changed your mind you can return the item for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. The item received must be returned in the original packaging and in resaleable condition upon inspection.

Returns are accepted within 90 days of the original ship date. Once your return has been received, we will process your refund and issue a credit to the original payment method.

Please contact us for a return authorization number and instructions. We also require that the product is sent back to us securely wrapped, freight prepaid and insured against loss or damage. For defective products still under manufacturer's warranty, please contact us as we may request you to ship the item directly back to the manufacturer.

If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. If you paid by credit card please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to show up in your account.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on custom products

Restocking fees

Typically we do not charge restocking fees however we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% when the return of an item causes us undue expense.

Custom Products

Agriculture Solutions is proud to offer a variety of custom products which are made to order. Custom products usually ship in 3-5 business days, though occasionally delays occur.  We do everything in our power to keep you updated on your order status.  Please note that we cannot accept returns for custom products. Custom products include but is not limited to greenhouse plastic, individual testing chemicals and shade fabric.
