Determine the % Brix, or dissolved sugars in of a wide variety of solutions with this portable meter. For use in lab or in the field, this meter is small and light enough to easily transport in your pocket. The refractometer also automatically compensates for temperature variations, with a standard reference temperature of 20ºC.

To use, lift the prism plate and place 2-3 drops of sample onto the prism. Look through the eyepiece of the refractometer and point at a light source. The line crosses the scale to indicate the Brix percentage. Immediately clean the sample with distilled water and wipe dry. Securely store in the carrying case after use.
