Pond underlayment protects waterproof liners from puctures and deteriation by preventing direct contact with sharp materials and damaging soil conditions. This soft 100% polypropylene fabric is UV stabilized and will not mildew, rot, or deteriorate when exposed to chemicals commonly found in soil. The non-woven material is breathable and allows gas to escape from the soil.
